Vocal Farm

The local farm animals are having a field day as the warmth of spring settles on the pastures. They are incredibly loud and vocal, as they seem to communicate amongst themselves. The sheep take center stage with their long drawn out “baahs”, and soon the others animals join in their chorus.

A farm is an area of land or water (for aquaculture) that is devoted primarily to the practice of producing and managing food (i.e. produce, grains, or livestock), fibres, and increasingly fuel. It is the basic production facility in food production. Farms may be owned and operated by a single individual, family, community, corporation or a company. A farm can be a holding of any size from a fraction of a hectare to several thousand hectares.
