Suburban Day

Suburban areas refer to residential zones and communities within commuting distance of a city. Characterized by green lawns, wide roads with sidewalks, and cul-de-sacs, the suburbs provide a very pleasant alternative to metropolitan housing. Because they are not as densely populated as housing districts in the inner-city, some suburbs give a more rural impression that allow residents the comforts of the countryside just a short drive from the city perimeter.
