Rain - Wind

This is the sound of a heavy rain with a steady wind in the background. The rain is splattering against a concrete surface and dripping noises are heard, as if coming from a gutter. The wind is blowing the rain sideways and as Ollie Williams might say, "It's raining sideways!"
