Mexico City Thunderstorm

As the rain pours down, it blurs your vision, blending the city lights together like a neon open sign. The thunder rumbles loudly above you. After the lightning lights up the sky, count the seconds until the thunder booms. However many seconds you counted is supposedly how many miles away the storm is. Thunderstorms can generally form and develop in any particular geographic location, perhaps most frequently within areas located at mid-latitude when warm moist air collides with cooler air.
