Kitsilano Birds

The rhythm of the forest overflows with the voices of nature's nobility. Families of feathered fowl freshen the cool air with their crystal clear calls and soft flapping wings. A veritable jungle of the fullness and richness in life, the sounds in this place remind us all that our world is shared between so many living creatures, all beautiful in their own unique way. Kitsilano is an area in British Columbia, Canada. Greenpeace was founded in Kitsilano in 1975. Vanier Park at Kitsilano Beach is home to the annual Vancouver Children's Festival and "Bard on the Beach", the outdoor Shakespeare festival.
