Hotel Lobby

You just got in after a long flight and plop yourself down on one of the comfy hotel lobby chairs while your friend checks you in. You can hear people coming and going, their footsteps echoing across the marble floor. In Australia and Canada, 'hotel' may also refer to a pub or bar. In India, the word may also refer to a restaurant since the best restaurants were always situated next to a good hotel.
