Heartbeat - Very Slow

The heartbeat is the noise generated by the beating heart and the resultant flow of blood through it. In healthy adults, there are two normal heart sounds often described as a "lub" and a "dub", that occur in sequence with each heart beat. A slow heartbeat is considered less than 60 beats per minute. At 49 beats per minute, this person is likely to have bradycardia or is extremely fit.
