Description
The finely woven fabric of life is found singing its delicate song deep in the wood, caressing your ears with the soft thread of sound set in motion by the forest elements and brilliant creatures that capture this perfect moment in time. Bring the day of dawn and the twilight song into your heart, by enjoying each breath of life in this magnificent natural setting. The Harz is the highest mountain range in northern Germany with a length of 110 kilometers (68 mi) and a width of 35 kilometers (22 mi). In addition to the many species of birds, there is a range of large butterflies in the various spruce woods that, outside of the Harz, are seriously endangered or simply non-existent. In 2000, the lynx was successfully reintroduced by the Harz National Park, and it has since fitted well into the ecology of the region.
