Flag Flapping

This is the sound of the American Flag flapping in the wind. This is its rightful place, as the flag should never be allowed to touch the ground. If flown at night, the flag must be illuminated. The Flag Code, which outlines certain guidelines for the use, display, and disposal of the flag, proscribes using the flag "for any advertising purpose". It can most easily be advertised when flapping in the wind!
