Electric Knife Sharpener

The rough surface of the sharpener is spinning so quickly when you place your knife against it that the workshop fills with sparks as you hone your finest blade into the sharpest cutting tool in existence. Stropping is often done with a leather strap that is affixed with abrasive compounds. The makeup of the sharpening tool will affect how sharp the blade is. A finer grain produces sharper blades. An extremely sharp knife has an edge that is too small to see with the naked eye; it can even be hard to focus in on with a microscope.
