Description
The gentle bell, the smooth acceleration, and the pitter patter of feet underscore the commuters's leisurely stroll through the Netherlands's largest terminal station in the Dutch city of The Hague. People keep the station feeling busy with cheery chatter and light hearted yelps as they make their way aboveground or to their connecting track. The station was completed in 1973, next to the older station, Den Haag Staatsspoor. The Hague is the only city in the Netherlands which still has two major train stations.
