City Lake

The little lake in the middle of the town's park makes for a good place to relax and listen to the sound of nature. It is quite far from the whining traffic too so there wont be any honking or screeching in your ears. Several birds inhabit this small lake and live in peace together. Some ducks honk about in the water as they splash around flapping their wings. The smaller birds that nest in the small trees around the park come by and tweet in from the trees and the air talking to each other about their day. The big birds of the pond are the geese and the swans. The swans honk and swim together with their long necks up high like they are royalty. The geese on the other hand honk a bit but they mainly waddle around and eat scraps of food that get thrown to them and then they go to sleep in the middle of the grassy park together in their flock.
