You are lying on your back, and your shoulder blades are deeply relaxed into the warms sand. You are looking up at a gorgeous sky, and inhaling deeply of the clean, salt air. You close your eyes so that you can really listen to the waves as they ebb softly onto the shore.

It usually consists of loose particles, which are often composed of rock, such as sand, gravel, shingle, pebbles, or cobblestones. The particles comprising the beach are occasionally biological in origin, such as mollusc shells or coralline algae.
