There's nothing like a succulent steak grilled to perfection. You can smell the meat as it sizzles on the grill, cooking in its juices and absorbing seasoning, spices, or marinade. The flames lick the sides of the meat as you flip it over on the barbecue. How would you like it done? Medium-well?
