Description
Philip Diehl invented the electric ceiling fan in 1882. Fans have many purposes, however in bathrooms specifically, fans create currents of air in order to refresh the room. When a bathroom fan is being used, the air currents begin to circulate, preventing hot, humid air from creating condensation. The sound of a bathroom fan is created by the electrically powered, rotating blades.
