Applauding Classical Concert Audience

The conductor jabs the baton towards the tympani while signaling to the violins; the sound of the symphony diminishes into a pianissimo before swelling into a mezzo-forte and finally ending the piece with an explosive Sforzando. The conductor slowly turns to the applauding audience and bows before recognizing the orchestra, and then the first violinist. The crowd rises to its feet in a roar of applause, it would be several long moments before the curtains finally close.
