Air Powered Fog Horn

The sea spray and wind underscore the deep bellow of this fog horn. Its long call into the foggy night warns all approaching seafarers where to go and where to stay clear. Fog horns are often placed along with lighthouses. Activation of the horn is completely automated: a laser or photo beam is shot out to sea, and if the beam reflects back to the source then the horn sounds. This maintains a safe coastline for ships and keeps you from having to worry the next time you go on a cruise.
